Greenwalt & Sons Construction has performed many types of construction services since its inception. We believe this makes it possible to handle anything that will happen on a construction site.

Currently we specialize in general contracting with steel buildings, steel studs, wood walls, and masonry block/brick. We are capable of bringing a project from an idea to a turnkey operation, including all plans stamped by local architects and engineers to ensure code compliance.

Greenwalt & Sons Construction currently leases buildings to a variety of tenants if this would be better for our clients. We lease to doctors, imaging centers, mining manufacturers, employment services, state agencies, hospitals, and the federal government. Lease-to-buy options have also been provided for our clients.
